ASU and the Universidad de Guadalajara curate a binational short film contest and festival that receives hundreds of submissions from across Mexico and the US and includes screenings of the awarded films at prestigious events on both sides of the border.
For its third edition, Kaleidoscope leans into the footballing relationship between our neighboring countries, requesting submissions on how one or both of our shared types of football bring people together in our binational community. The shorts must be submitted by December 15, 2025. Winners will be announced in March of 2026, with screenings taking place throughout the remainder of that World Cup year.
